The food was great. The workers are always standing around talking to each other, instead of actually get their work done and this causes food orders done on the phone app to be not prepared in a timely manner when we pick them up. I love the All-Star Special.
So came here after a long day of Carowinds so excited to get our food, and I can say without a shadow os a doubt that we waited longer for our food here than we waited for any ride at Carowinds. Terrible service. Our waitress acted surprised that she actually had to serve us, not to mention our orders were messed up. At least we know next time we come to Carowinds to skip this Waffle House. Maybe hit up a McDonald’s 😐
