Every time I get scattered hashbrowns they never seem to be cooked fully anymore where there not all that crispy.
I walked in and seen the two employees sitting down on their phones tables still covered with plates and trash as i walked up to order the kitchen was dirty (I SEEN 3 ROACHES CRAWLING FROM UNDER THE COUNTER) and i proceeded to tell the staff im not hungry anymore
Store and staff should get 0 Stars. Placed an online order only to get there for the staff member (drew) to tell me their online system is down. I showed proof of order and receipt. Staff would not make food. I was told that I would have to come back during daytime hours to get my food or refund when manager is there. I told him to call the manager he said he did.
