the amount of time you have to wait to place an order is ridiculous. the attitudes are horrible. the ma sger katy is very rude. how a waffle house in brookhaven would close restrooms and dine in is beyond me. to top it off my order was wrong. i would give this a zero if i could
This is only Waffle House that delivers close to my job. They never give eating utensils, always forgetting drink or item off plate. Also they just give food to anybody my orders have been cancelled multiple times due to them just handing food to anyone. Refund takes 10-12 then having to order and pay again because of the inconsistency to check make sure they giving out the right order
