The customer service at this Waffle House has been consistently disappointing. I come here almost every single day because it’s convenient to my job, but I can honestly count on one hand how many times I’ve felt welcomed. Every visit seems to be the same experience: when I walk in to place a to-go order, I often have to wait until someone decides to stop eating breakfast or counting money before acknowledging me.
