Quintessential Waffle House experience. Super friendly staff. Delicious affordable food.
Scattered smothered and covered!
The table was dirty so we had to wait for them to clean the table. Jay R helped as much as he could. He was very kind and patient. I order a bowl of grits and a sausage, egg and cheese sandwich on wheat. The grits were hard and over cooked. I sent them back and just ordered another sandwich. I have eaten at enough waffle houses to know what the grits suppose to look like and taste like and what they served me wasn't it.
I was served a super yummy ham and mushroom omelet, their heavenly smothered hash browns and a great coffee. The waitress was very friendly and made sure my coffee was always full which was very nice of her considering the whole restaurant was pretty packed with the local breakfast time crowd.
Our server Kevin always made sure we had everything we needed and was really cool.
