Absolutely no wait. All the employees were super nice and it was a great environment. I took my elderly dad for a waffle and coffee. He had the best time. Brian was our waiter and he was really good. We went back today and Michelle and she was so nice.
A 1am late night classic. Gave my wife her first waffle house experience and she loved it. Can’t remember the fellas name but he had great humor especially for a late night shift
Servers name was Lorena. She was extremely helpful and sweet. Greeted us with a warm broad smile. Took excellent care of all 4 of us. Place looks extra clean since she’s been working here. Everytime I see her she’s cleaning something. That woman needs a raise!
Ordered food and got there 30 minutes later to find food wasn’t prepped yet and had to wait. Only for them to not complete the entire order after already paying for it. Almost the whole kitchen staff is horse playing. How hard is it to flip an omelette??? Get it together folks my kids can do your job.
