Im a waffle house fan... BUT today!!! Absolutely NOT.. Arrived at 11a, set for may 5-7 mins for a table. Was seated at the booth by the bathroom.. Connie was the waitress. The order as follows, All star meal with Ham , A hashbrown/egg bowl, tea & coffee. While waiting we see people come , sit, order, eat and leave. We see Connie brewing tea, she making coffee and taken to another table, Guess what we NEVER got out coffee. I don’t usually like leaving bad reviews, but Waffle Out really needs to consider hiring more staff. Our waitress kept leaving and never brought anything to the table—I didn’t even get syrup or butter, nor the chance to ask for it. I understand it’s busy at night, but being so short-staffed makes it hard for workers to provide good service. To be fair, I’ll give 3.5 stars, but I hope they can improve staffing so both employees and customers have a better experience.
