The staff was too busy blasting music and cutting up. Causing issues with other customers and 2 staff members were screaming at each other and leaving us and others with no one to serve and after waiting someone finally came back but did bare minimum for everyone. We met another set of customers outside in the parking lot and had a whole 30 minute conversation with them about the whole ordeal. Not an indictment on this particular Waffle House (well sort of) but the diner is DEFINITELY closed at 930 on a Tuesday. More disturbing is I can’t even find egg sandwiches on the menu…some millennial must have redesigned the menu because it is a jumbled, incomplete, uninformative mess

Went there at 8:30 PM. Signs on the windows said "To go orders only". Went over to the to-go window, but was told that "their grill was down". It's Waffle House, so I really didn't care that much. It was just strange that the lights were on and there were 3-4 employees inside, but they said they couldn't cook food. If the grill was actually down, why not turn off the lights and have the employees go home? I'm glad I don't own this franchise - no telling how many customers they turned away. This was Thursday March 26, 2026.

Ordered breakfast to go. The food was great but the service was trash. There was no silverware in my bag the lady had a attitude when I asked her for silverware, salt,pepper,and jelly and when I asked for a straw for my drink she gave me the nastiest look , rolled her eyes and then grabbed me a straw. Was not a good way to start my day. Won't be going back to that location.
