I usually have a good experience at waffle house but lets be honest, your experience is only as good as your server and your server is only as good as his or her day has been going prior to your arrival. I enjoyed my last cook but the server I had wasn't that good but the fact that she was super honest made it alot more tolerable and even funny at times. This is a delivery only store and it’s wild that’s it’s faster to go into a Waffle House that has walk in traffic. Not only that yall have 8 people in there at one time and can’t even manage to get orders out in a timely manner when places ahead of times. Very dysfunctional and poor leadership.

Ordered delivery and received someone's hasbrowns loaded with jalapeños. Far cry from the 2 egg breakfast I ordered. It was bagged nicely and placed in a 2nd bag that was sealed and had my receipt stapled to it so someone clearly dropped that ball, also another person is probably sadly looking at my toast as it not what they ordered either.
