Worst customer service i have ever received in my 50 years. No one in the lobby but has to have assigned seating. Will refer everyone to all other Waffle Houses as this one has no clue about customers or business.
Stop putting these young dudes on the overnight shift that can't handle a slow night. If I am already in your restaurant, there is no reason that the cook should tell the server to stop taking orders. If he can't handle a slow night, then he shouldn't be here!
