I was sitting the counter with a friend, we were watching the cook's work. They defenatly were wearing gloves which is a good thing,their hands never got dirty but, your food was another thing . They toss dirty dishes in the sink while wearing gloves. Dirty dish water splashes on the gloved hands. Then the cook proceeds to grab a dirty wet rag and wipes down the counter.
