Todsha was amazing. She was the line cook during my visit. She definitely had control of the whole place. I was visiting from the coast and noticed how different that location was from mine at home (Biloxi). Todsha was not only working extremely hard at the grill but was also making every waffle order. At my home location, the waitresses tend to make the waffles. This may be standard practice but she had control of it all.
