Eggs were cold toast has too much butter and need more than 1 pack of jelly
Food was good! It was a little slow and the bathrooms weren’t very clean. But otherwise not bad. If you looking for a quick breakfast this is good.
Waitress Katrena was rude and not helpful at all. I normally eat there once a week- well I won’t anymore! Ponchy is my home so it really upsets me. This waitress made fun of me and acted as if I were an enemy when I have been a loyal customer since they built that location. They messed up my to go order for 3rd time- I only wanted a new omelette with my receipt and the wrong one brought back- unbelievable they let awful people work there. Ive been eating at this Waffle House since 2013. Jennifer is simply the best, she's been taking my order with a smile for several years now. Y'all should give her a raise. I'm just saying
