Incredibly lazy people working there, there were at least 10 people waiting for tables and there were uncleaned tables available. After standing for about 5 minutes we sat at the short counter and a lady that works there told us we can't sit there because it wasn't cleaned. She then proceeded to clean a booth with the speed of a sloth. We decided to leave and 2 families left with us at the same time. Customer service is the worst I've ever seen. The food is good though, the cooks were the only ones working hard.
I’ve eaten at many Waffle Houses, and this one truly stands out. Idela made me feel genuinely welcome from the moment I walked in and was always there whenever I needed anything. The place is clean, well-maintained, and easily one of the best Waffle Houses I’ve been to in years. The food was cooked perfectly—hot, fresh, and exactly how it should be. This is how a Waffle House experience is supposed to be. I’ll definitely be coming back 😁🔥
