Ordered online 25 minutes before arriving to get the food. I received a text 10 minutes after ordering saying my food was ready. So I arrived 15 minutes after my food was supposed to be "ready". Not only was it not ready, but while I stood there, I watched a couple walk in from the street and order, then several customers inside ordered, and all of their orders was filled before mine.
