I stood in the cold at the walkup window. I had a question about my order.They saw me stabnding outside in the cold and took their sweet time to come ask what I needed. As a matter of fact the young girl just stood there and looked at me. By the time i received what I needed for my order, the food was cold(MAYBE from standing outside!)
