Go to this waffle house 2 to 3 times a week! But today was my last time ever going again. Place a order to go and then when it's ready, they tell me they have no fork for the order!! Tells me she just got there and I was arguing with her!! What ever happened to good costumer service!!!! Very disappointed!! Please stay away from this one.
If I could leave zero stars I would. We had a small group of 3 come in for a late dinner a little before 9 PM and there were only 6 other customers at the bar and in one other booth. We thought we would have a pleasant experience but it started when we weren’t greeted when we walked in by the 5 employees we saw behind the counter. We sat down in a booth and waited for 15 minutes.
