Got there at 5 am, only one customer there, and we still got cold food. Can't understand how this happened. On my way ti use the restroom right after we ordered, I noticed our toast was pre made just sitting there, so this explains why the toast was cold. But how did my omelet and hash browns get cold from the grill to our table 12 ft away? We boxed our food up and heated it up at work. Will never go to another waffle house again. This is not a one time issue. Pretty sad that you can't even get a warmish brkfst these days.

I walked in at 2:04 Sunday 10/26 it’s 6 people working I’m standing at the register to order nobody acknowledges me. After at least 5 minutes of everyone walking back n forward past me I say excuse me I’ve been standing here at least 5 minutes nobody has acknowledged me “ the mgr I assume” she wearing a turquoise visor rudely said we are in the middle of shift change she’s trying to get to you….
