They scoop the ice out with the cups not with an ice scoop I guarantee that ice has more germs than a toilet seat fecal matter bacteria ect.... Here's no way it doesn't....the same part of the cup that they touch with bare hands is touching all that ice over and over and over They basically touch the end of the silverware that you put in your mouth upon handing you your silverware... My wife and I had a very pleasant breakfast experience at Waffle House in Swansboro this morning. Our server, Keyghen, was outstanding! His enthusiasm and desire to serve was exceptional! He is an asset to this location and I hope management recognizes it. Very positive vibe in the restaurant, including the manager. We enjoyed our breakfast very much!
The only good waffle house I've eaten in that wasn't in a dangerous neighborhood... a true unicorn 🤣
Service is trash… cooks were amazing but the waitresses looked like they didn’t want to be there…. At one point both waitresses disappeared. One of them was on the phone outside and the other one in the back on her phone as well. The cook had to bring me my juice.
