I was unfortunately on the other end of a huge fumble by the staff with their communication on what, I understand, was probably a busy and hectic day (for thanksgiving). The cooks were ON it and I saw others food come out looking great so I don't wanna give a full on 1 star. But the communication and initiative was maybe lacking between the shift change.
