Went in store and made a to go order. They handed me the bag to go. Made it all the way home and they forgot to give the waffles to every single order. Not a single person will answer the phone so there’s no way for me to get a refund or ask them to make them and return. The lady didn’t give me any form of receipt since I paid cash so I have no way of going up there the next time I’m in town to get a refund and I doubt anyone on staff will be the same and remember me enough to fix it either.
Tom at Waffle House gave truly exceptional customer service! He was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout my visit. His energy was welcoming, and you can tell he genuinely cares about the customers and the experience he provides. It’s not every day you receive service that stands out like that. Tom definitely deserves recognition Waffle House is lucky to have him!
