It wasn't bad at all. It's been a very long time since I ate at a waffle house.
Ok we were pleasantly greeted, but our first table was dirty, and the menus were sticky. So we moved our seats, no biggie. Next, I ordered a well done waffle(crispy), grits were lumpy and even crunchy, I know! I didn't complain, just plucked through. My bacon was forgotten, and some parts were not done. I sent my waffle back 2x and it still thicky and not crispy. So I watched the batter was so thick.... it's no wonder why the waffle texture was off...
