She took both birth certificated to child support and said, Hey I have 2 kids, see. Hey Frances you have to do what you have to do right? So did we, you were reported to the fed authorities.

She tells everyone that her son's father won't pay child support but the case was dismissed years ago because she lied about her assets and the cash her mom left her that she squandered on drugs and she lied about owning 2 houses that were paid for - one was a beach house at Carolina Beach.
