In all the decades of dining at Waffle House we have never had a bad meal or bad service. Thanks to all the very hard working people.
You can no longer call ahead and order, you have to download their stupid app. They're too good to just have someone answer the phone like a normal buisness. I shouldnt have to download their app, share MY data, and risk them selling it all so they can not do theyre jobs. Next they will have a robot working the grill. Youll jave to download a specific app in order to place your order.
This dark skin lady with thin hair and braids was my server. I walked in and was ordering my food she told me I didn’t need that much food. Extremely disrespectful and so incredibly rude. Then proceeds to ask why I need that much food and I told her I hadn’t eaten all day. She asks why I need that much food if I’m about to go to sleep when I leave and I told her I’m always up late. This Waffle House group of employees are so friendly, fun, and rather entertaining! My new favorite WH! I guess I should mention also that the place was clean and the food was delicious! All-star Breakfast as usual.
Y’all need to go ahead and give Lisa a promotion and pay her. She’s the only one we want serving us. She has wonderful leadership qualities and great customer service.
