Absolutely unacceptable experience. I placed a PAID online order and waited nearly an hour with no food. When I asked the manager for a refund, she told me she was “busy working the grill” and instructed me to cancel it online. I explained that I could NOT cancel an order that had already been paid for, and she still refused to help me. Instead of handling the situation professionally, the manager loudly and sarcastically asked the entire restaurant, “Does anyone know how to help her cancel an online order?” while shrugging.... read more
