Came in on March 13, 2026 for lunch. Delicious and frieshly-prepared food, great atmosphere. We were greeted by a super hospitable young man with long hair in a bun (didn't catch his name) - great at his job, made us feel welcomed and gave us a run down of the menu (we never visited a waffle house before). He was very friendly and approachable, shared interesting facts (a well-informed origin of waffles) and wasn't overly eager which is important to us as Europeans.
