The server Katie was very rude, unprofessional and cursing on the line due to me asking her to explain my ticket the she had over charged me for. We had to send the hash brown bowl back twice and ended up having it taken off due to the onions being raw, I asked for a steak well done and it was medium well, I only asked for steak and eggs with cheese on the side she charged me for a whole meal. It was ok for a quick stop. Staff seemed a bit off and not too happy to be working, however the girl who was training on the 7th that morning was so sweet and great and was the best part of the visit. Food came out kind of sporadic and wasn't really waffle house standard but was ok.
