It was good had a cheeseburger it was delicious and very pretty too the staff when I went was very nice and friendly helpful and fast. Though I feel you should give cook small breaks he had people coming in back to back n had to pee but held it till after finishing all his orders. Or have multiple cooks at all times. I love how professional n kind the entire staff was and the cook made the second best burgeri had in Gainesville FL in last 21 yrs here. Definitely will be coming more often.
Ordered online, went I picked up my food it was missing the cheese and sausage gravy hashbornw toppings I asked for, and the waffle that came with my order. I tried to call to rectify the issue, but their phone doesn't connect to the store or anywhere it just repeats an automated message...
I don’t usually write reviews, but this Waffle House absolutely deserves one! My family and I are visiting from Canada and had the BEST brunch experience here with our relatives (five very energetic and loud kids included!). Our server Tiffany and the entire staff were beyond amazing: so kind, patient, attentive, and genuinely joyful. A spill was cleaned up immediately, the food was delicious and came out fast, and they even helped us put on a song on the jukebox so the kids could dance. Tiffany and the other servers were really fantastic. We came in with two families and a bunch of loud kids and they made everything easy on us and went above and beyond making us comfortable and entertaining the kids. They all deserve a raise!
