Customer service was great, we was greeted when we walked in, are question were answered with a positive attitude. We even got to sample a couple things before ordering. Food was on point. Only reason why I gave the atmosphere 3 stars is because the place need updating the chairs and booths are very uncomfortable also ants started to come on the table while I was eating so I had to take it to go. But overall good food & service will return.

It's not really special, but the servers are always great. Only been in one knock down drag out fight. Didn't call the cops.
There are several Waffle Houses in the Phoenix metro area, but I believe this is the best. I usually go on holidays after hiking on one of the nearby trails. Food is good. The staff is friendly. Bathrooms are clean. Since I'm a single diner, very easy to get a seat at the bar. There can be a wait for parties of 3 or more. Highly recommended!
