The past 5 times I've gone to this location, 5 times I ordered gravy in my hashbrown bowl and extra crispy hashbrowns, all 5 times they forgot my gravy and the hashbrowns were soggy. This last time I couldn't even ask for my items to be fixed because it was a to go order. The quality of the food has declined and is just simply all over the place. Grits is so good with cheese. Servers are awesome.
Missing my eggs in the all star after asked numerous times what I wanted. Start paying attention and listening to what the customer says instead of trying to rush to get us out of your face. Paid money plus extra for something I do not have.
