Usually people are super sweet. However, I placed a to-go order 6-23-26 at 10pm. I walk in at 10:30 (when the order said to be completed) and they didn't even start on it. Currently still waiting for it to be done and it’s 10:50pm, almost 20 minutes later. So almost an hour after I placed the order I still never got my food. Really sad because I love this place. Edit 11:09: Just received food.
