I'm only giving a one star because I can't call to speak to management to fix this problem. I live too far. I ordered two meals. Two grand slams. Both waffles were supposed to be crispy but they were not at all. I had cheese grits on one and then cheese hash extra crispy with cheese for the other. The cheese grits were perfect but the hash was dry with no cheese. I ordered regular toast on one and raisin on the other. The cook burn my food and got my daughters whole order wrong and still screwed it up the second time, so my daughter did not eat it, then there was a problem with a customer and another server. Very poor experience.
