There ain't nothin' awful about this House of Waffles. The staff is amazing and if you're looking for a quiet moment and great food in or around downtown Huntsville this needs to be your spot.
ordered through the app and waited over 20 minutes. During that time, staff were not attentive to orders. I had to knock on the window to get service. When I received my food, it was poorly prepared and not acceptable. The quality raised concerns for me, and I chose not to eat it. Overall, this was a disappointing experience, and better attention to customers and food quality is needed.
Ive been going to this location for many years!!! Most of the staff have changed now, but the service was still good and food was great!
Worst waffle house experience ever. Thankfully the food was the same great waffle house. The coffee pots were empty and nobody seemed concerned enough to make another pit until I flagged someone down and held up my cup. We paid $2.50 for each tiny cup of coffee and I grapped a cup to go on the way out. Refills is why you pay $2.50.
