Came in for breakfast earlier this week and it was a pretty nice way to start the day. The eggs were cooked just how I asked, and the toast had a good crunch without being burnt or anything. I tried the pancakes too, they were soft and had a nice flavor, maybe just a little too sweet but still good. Coffee was decent, not the best I’ve had but it did the job. This location is tanked over the last year. Whether it's the management or just the entire new staff, it's crazy how incompetent the waitresses have become. Both of my last two visits the orders were put in wrong, and my most recent visit was a to-go order where the waitress (Latasha) literally turned around, laid my order down and forgot to call it in. The establishment looked clean with lazy workers. My eggs were hard and my waffle not made properly. The chocolate should have be spread out not dropped on top as a last minute thought. I take my food seriously and really disappointing.

This is the cleanest Waffle house that I have been in. I drove 14 minutes to this location to get my breakfast. Staff was polite and professional. I appreciate that. The food was good and fresh!!!! Keep up the great work
