Lots of flies around which was the most uncomfortable of all ... we are never surprise of a bad customer service since we often think people might be having a bad day, people might have big problems at home we never know, so i always tell my kids to be kind and patience. I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this Waffle House location today at approximately 12:47 PM. The only employee who made a genuine effort to provide good customer service was Nathan. He did everything he could to accommodate us and should be recognized for his professionalism. Unfortunately, the on-duty manager and our server were the complete opposite.
