Unprofessional employees were rough housing while my family and I were sitting waiting our food this morning. The order was missing part of the food that I ordered. The food was delicious despite the attitudes of 2 of the employees.

Picking up is always a chore. They stare at you at different times for about 4-5 minutes never greet you, finally come over to help someone else skip over whomever was there first and finally ask if you’re there to place an order. I say pick up and they say here you go. So you wait, no greeting, how are you, or have a nice day. I just don’t understand why these companies can’t hire and train employees to be at least pleasant enough to not act like hateful robots. Just wanted to share a little thought that popped into my head after breakfast this morning with the family. We had such a wonderful time at that lovely restaurant (Waffle House) @2800 west mercury blvd! The service was absolutely brilliant – everyone was so attentive and efficient, it really made for a fantastic meal. But as we were heading out, I couldn't help but feel for the incredible people working so hard behind the scenes, washing all those dishes.
