Another magical Waffle House experience. I was warmly & immediately greeted. I sat at the bar. Kendra made me an ice decaf & took my order. I rocked the house with my TouchTunes jukebox selection. I ate, paid & got about my day. Perfect.
I got there around 3:00 p.m. and it wasn't crowded. Miss Chelsea, the waitress was very pleasant and willing to please. It was not a long wait for my food to be served. I ordered a Texas cheesesteak with bacon sandwich and a waffle on the side 😋
We ordered food to go and EVERYTHING was WRONG or missing. They cannot follow directions on orders! Over easy eggs ended being over hard, burger ordered with no onions had onions on it, sodas messed up. Bacon on the bowl tasted really old. The ketchup packets were so sticky and my bacon egg and hash brown bowl had PIECES OF PLASTIC PACKAGING IN IT. STAY AWAY FROM THIS WAFFLE HOUSE. They absolutely suck and clearly need a new night staff!! They really need a whole new restaurant at this point, tear this building down and buil... read more
