Food , horrible, burnt eggs, burnt bacon sent back, I watched them put hot water in the grits, they were still lumpy, the waffle was raw or uncooked on the inside, we should have left we we saw one of the staff pants was ill fitting and we can see her crack, she complained about being exhausted, the entire staff looked like they wanted to be else where, the black make cook complained because we asked our grits to be in a bowl, one customer got up and walked out because the staff took to long to acknowledge him. The server was super duper rude. An elderly gentleman came in. Hard of hearing and she was finally screaming at him and walked away. He was just asking about grits. Cheese. Salt butter etc. I was super not happy. Cook just friggin nailed it for me. He was AMAZING.

If you have an issue, there's no way to contact the store. Some Asian call center. I just ordered a $60 breakfast. Right after, i tried calling the store to let them know I got no syrup amongst other thing. The call center said they would note it on the order. Think it was a good outcome? They forgot syrup for 3 orders of waffles and a highly over priced $4 large coke was. Missing. The call cater was only authorized to refund 15% of missing. The waffles were too dry to eat alone.
