When I deal with a bank I expect to feel welcomed and treated in a professional manner. But from the time I entered this bank I was treated curtly and like I was a bother to them when I was asking questions. I was searching for a new bank but it was obvious from the cold reception I received from the employees that they are not interested I having any new customers.
Better service than here in Springfield. Marge would like to work there.
WaFd in Hood River is the branch I do most of my banking and I highly recommend it. This branch has ample amazing amicable staff who are genuinely ready to serve your banking needs. Give WaFd a look I can particularly advocate for the Hood River branch. Also the company I work for banks here too.
