I love how the mobile banking app can show you where you spend your money, making budgeting much easier! Additionally, most transactions will have the originating company's logo, making it easier to see where you spend money, at a glance!
I have only had positive interactions with WaFd Bank Burnside branch employees since I opened my employee checking account about 6 months ago. The customer service provided is outstanding and the staff friendly and professional.
While several employees have attempted to be friendly, it has often been my experience of WaFd that their system of banking impacts customers negatively. The customer care line is less than worthless. I've felt in speaking with them like a Great Dane has put its paws on my shoulders while licking my face, and simultaneously peeing on my leg.
