I called in to get a. Appointment & the receptionist was rude & very short with me. She snapped because the date she wanted to schedule my appointment I had to work & I’ve been seeing Dr. Odeh for almost 10yrs. I will be finding another PCP. I can’t believe how rude she was & I’ve been trying to call them for three days!
Dr. Odeh is an excellent physician whom I trust with my healthcare. But the problem is the staff at this facility is so incompetent, it actually affects the quality of healthcare. They have called in prescriptions to the wrong pharmacy, I have had to wait an hour past my appointment time to see the doctor. If Dr Odeh practiced somewhere else I'd go there.
