If I could give a zero . It wouldn't be low enough. Worst treatment toward a referred Veteran who showed 15 minutes early to an appointment 40 minutes one way drive, and had to take several hours leave from work. Staff instructed Veteran to sign in on clip board that had stickers . Staff failed to call Veteran who finally checked to see wait time. Only to be informed the Veteran woukd need to Reschedule vecause the time had passed the 15 minutes past Veterans appointment time. It was now 11 and the Veteran had waited an hour... read more
