In 2021, 2 very senior men showed up to install carpet. Both complained incessantly about having to move furniture. One man used racial slurs for 2 days. Lines in carpet appear after vacuuming. It took them 3 days to install with many breaks. One man broke my lawn chair. Installer damaged my closet and shoe tree. Several installations not completed, I needed to use blade to repair. After owner, Wadsworth, showed up to inspect, I voiced my concerns. I swear, he wanted to hit me. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
I’ve been through two whole house remodels with this company and I couldn’t be more thankful. They strive for complete customer satisfaction. They’re not happy until you are happy. They take care of it all! I highly recommend using them for any job big or small.
Wadsworth flooring installed COREtec engineered vinyl plank flooring in our living room, kitchen and dining room about 5 years ago and did an exceptional job from start to finish. If you have pets or live along the seashore or have a pool, this is the flooring you want. This company came in and did a full flight of stairs and a landing at the top in carpet and it came out super nice their installation was better than the previous company that did it 9 years ago. Customer service was excellent. I don't know if pricing is competitive cuz I only got one estimate but I wanted to keep the money in town with reputable independent Port Orange company. They did NOT disappoint!
There's a reason this family owned business has been around for decades.....awesome customer service and excellent craftmanship!!! Not only do they offer products and installs for homes, they also do carpet installs on "live aboard" boats! They helped us select the best carpet choice and then patiently waited for our boat to be ready for the install. They removed the old carpet and installed the new in just one day and it looks great!! We highly recommend them!
