My daughter, who is two, saw Joy recently. She went over her symptoms thoroughly and what led up to our concern, looked over her carefully and my daughter was comfortable with her, and she was also efficient. She made sure we understood the medications and she also went over how to take care of a skin problem-the dos and don'ts of washing it and what to apply for healing so we didn't further irritate the problem.
