Went in with a bad cough. History of asthma and recent hospital stay for pneumonia. Would not give antibiotics without a chest X-ray. Wanted me to drive 30 miles to get X-ray from one of their facilities only. They only want to make more money for their CORPORATION! This is the second time this has happened. I don't know why I thought it would be different this time. Never again!

My daughter, who is two, saw Joy recently. She went over her symptoms thoroughly and what led up to our concern, looked over her carefully and my daughter was comfortable with her, and she was also efficient. She made sure we understood the medications and she also went over how to take care of a skin problem-the dos and don'ts of washing it and what to apply for healing so we didn't further irritate the problem. My name is Sara and yesterday my fiance and I went to Wadsworth Express Care & Outpatient Care. I was severely mistreated by a nurse named Matthew Hurosky. He made disturbing and inappropriate jokes and comments about my body that are absolutely shocking and out of line from a medical professional. I have a long history of depression and self harm.
