On 7/18/25, our 8-day-old son stopped breathing and became unresponsive. We had to perform sternal rubs to stimulate him, and it took several minutes before he began breathing again. When EMS arrived, he was stable. We were given the option to be transported to our local hospital or drive ourselves to Texarkana.
