I was contacted by this office today on 2-11-21 at 2 p.m. by Lydia who was just outright rude . When she asked me for a physical address and I repeated my P.O. box she got even more rude and even more indignant and told me that " I'll have to check with my office manager and call you right back". I have been a long time patient of Dr. Wadhwa but haven't required his services in over 5 years. I cannot get an appointment as I am a "new" patient and need a referral. My health insurance doesn't require a referral to see a cardiologist...His office staff is the worst to deal with which I am sure he is unaware of, and I will happily go else ware.
Does this doctor even know how his staff runs the office? I took time off work to attend an appt. & they cancelled my appt. after I waited 2 months. They said something about pre-registering the week prior? More time off from work. As with any Dr. I just go in a little earlier to do the new patient paperwork...with them its all double appt. and their office is only open part time & they were very rude & cancelled my appt. a few hours before I was scheduled as if my time didn't matter.
