5 STARS! My family has been going to Dr James for 20+ years. He is an amazing physician. Highly recommend!!!
The Dr.’s are great. Getting in, is the problem. I see the Dr. yearly except when sick. Those times, today for example. I’m told I can’t get in for 3-4 weeks. Who the hell schedules an appt. 3-4 weeks out in anticipation of getting sick? Don’t get me wrong. The care is top notch. But getting in to get it is the problem. I’m now looking for a different Dr office. As I’m told this every time I need to get in to see someone when ill.

Watch out for Dr. Gary (Dink) James, wow! The Dr and his front counter staff verbally abused me today in the office twice once at the front desk and him himself once I got into the exam room because I wouldn’t sign his new policy saying that they would “try” to collect $25 for an appointment missed, which that I have never missed and was on time for. Reaching this office is nearly impossible. If you need to speak to someone you essentially need to go in, and it takes weeks to receive prescriptions, and I almost never get a call back. All of this would be understandable to a point, if it weren’t for the extremely rude staff. There is one person that is an exception, and she almost is (unfortunately) never the person you get when you answer the phone. Dr. Paul Somerville saved my life. I love everything about him. He cares, takes his time, and gets to the bottom of whatever ails me. I literally trust him with my life.
Dr. Somerville is always straight up with people. Never acts like he's better than his patients. Actually acts like a normal human being, with just as many problems as the rest of the world, but always does what he feels is the best for all his patients. He has some very good staff . People don't realize how much extra they all do for everyone.
