Many thanks to Wade and Gregg and the whole professional staff for a class above the rest level of customer care. Smoothest transaction at any dealer ever. We traded a used Class A for a newer well prepared Class C 98 Melbourne. This was a long distance venture and through some great communication a flawless transaction took place. I have been a customer of Wade's RV Clinic for the six years I have lived in Okmulgee. On June 26th my wife of 20 years passed away...not knowing how long I will live in one place I did not want to bury my wife in Okmulgee for fear that one day I would move....I felt that if I left her here resting, I was leaving her behind. So I decided to bury her in Nebraska where she is from, and where I met her when I was studying to be a preacher. I wrote a bad review for wades rv back in June 2011 about items not being fixed and installed by the previous service manager. Once wade got involved and hired a new service manager I am happy to report that all items have been installed and fixed and the service was excellent. I am writing you to tell you that wade is a man of his word!
I was really impressed by the professional manner in which the parts were installed on my motorhome, the technician who did the work eliminated all of the previous connections, i.e. wire nuts, electrical tape, etc, professionally done.
Talk about superior service! We are here in Oklahoma for a 2-week vacation when we experienced a severe propane leak. We were turned down by four other dealers before we found Wade's RV Clinic. I brought my rig in at 8:00 in the morning and it was repaired by 10:30am. This kind of service exceeded all expectations and it saved our vacation. What a tremendous blessing Wade's RV Clinic has been to me and my family. I would recommend them, without reservation, to anyone at anytime.
