I would give 6 stars if I could! We had a dryer repair that Wade's worked extremely hard to repair. They followed-up repeatedly until the unit worked perfectly. Thank you again!!!
Absolutely phenomenal service. Was experiencing major dryer issues and Wade's sent out a repairman the next day who fixed the problem for under a hundred bucks. Another company quoted me a repair price of over $300. It's tough to find such honesty and competence together in a local company like this. Can't recommend Wade's enough!
I have used Wades Appliance for many years was ALWAYS a satisfied customer until the owner let his daughter and husband take over. The daughter is RUDE HATEFUL DISRESPECTFUL and a total WITCH!! I was overcharged for items I did not order then charged a restocking few to boot!! I live less than a mile from the store however, I drive 15 extra miles to get parts or if I need service I have someone new I use now that charges HALF if what Wades charges!!! I had a front loader washer that had a latch problem. Wade's not only had the best customer service i have experienced but they also had the best prices. I had trouble picking up my washer (no truck). They offered to come in on a day that they were not open so i could get it. Great people and professional job! I would give more stars if possible
