It would take a 20 page review to accurately describe everything Wade, did high. OK no problem and selling my elderly mother’s home.
To say that Wade went beyond the call of duty to sell my house would be an understatement. There were numerous repairs that were identified as being needed during home inspections. Wade coordinated the repairs with his trusted contractors. Less than a week before closing, the roof sprung a leak. Wade was able to get it fixed and we closed as scheduled.
