This gym was great to train at. When I needed to make sure I had spotters at the gym, the owners went out of their way to make sure I knew what time would be best to go. The only downside to this location is that it isn’t consistently staffed and is often empty, but for your average training day, it’s a fantastic option!

We had an outstanding experience with Wade Strength Systems during our visit to Phoenix. From the incredibly friendly and helpful first phone call with Miryam to the warm welcome from Rodney when we arrived, everything was seamless and stress-free. They had all the powerlifting equipment we needed, and it’s clear they’ve built an exceptional environment for people who truly love to lift. We’ll absolutely be back next time we’re in town!

We needed a powerlifting gym during our visit to Phoenix and WADE Strength Systems was great! The owner is very helpful, they have all the equipment serious lifters need, and the members are supportive and friendly.

Rodney has helped me since I was a beginner, and I have added hundreds to my totals. This place is the real deal whether you just need programming or a gym that has it all.
