My family made the mistake of hiring Chuck Wade to serve as probate attorney for my grandfather's estate. As of 12/12/2016 it has been over 3 years since my grandfather has passed and Chuck has still not completed the estate. In our opinion he is the most incompetent attorney I have every dealt with. He will not communicate with the family on the progress of estate settlement. You have to chase him down to speak with him. Do not go to John Mackey for Probate... Make a will so that you will not have the problems I am having!
